Rodgers Agent is a private, internal-use application built and operated solely by Rodgers Services LLC. It is not a public product and has no external users or customers of its own.
When connected to QuickBooks Online, Rodgers Agent reads and, where explicitly approved by the business owner, writes accounting data belonging to Rodgers Services LLC's own QuickBooks Online company - including but not limited to:
This data belongs entirely to Rodgers Services LLC. No other company's or individual's QuickBooks data is ever accessed - this application connects to exactly one QuickBooks Online company, owned and operated by the same person who built and runs the application.
Only Bryan Rodgers, owner/operator of Rodgers Services LLC, has access to this data through this application. Data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.
QuickBooks data is used internally to support the Company's own bookkeeping - specifically, flagging potentially miscategorized transactions and proposing corrections for the business owner's own review and approval. Proposed changes are staged as drafts and require explicit owner approval before anything is written back to QuickBooks Online.
Data pulled from QuickBooks Online is stored locally, on infrastructure owned and controlled by Rodgers Services LLC, and is not transmitted to any third-party service beyond QuickBooks Online (Intuit) itself.
Separately from the QuickBooks connection, this application may send internal operational text messages (e.g. daily checkout summaries, shop profit totals) to a single fixed mobile number: the business owner's own phone, configured by the owner himself inside this same internal software. No other recipient exists. See whatsitdoing.app/internal-ops-sms-consent.html for the full disclosure of this separate, unrelated feature.
