This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of "Rodgers Agent," an internal business-operations application built and operated solely by Rodgers Services LLC ("the Company," "we," "us") for its own use.
Rodgers Agent is not a commercial product, is not offered for sale or license to any third party, and is not distributed to the public. It is used exclusively by Bryan Rodgers, owner and operator of Rodgers Services LLC, to manage the Company's own repair-order tracking, checkout/billing calculations, and bookkeeping-support workflows, including a connection to the Company's own QuickBooks Online company data.
The Company grants itself a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this application for its own internal business operations. No license is granted to any other person or entity.
This application is provided as-is, built and maintained on an ongoing basis by the Company for its own use. It is not warrantied for any purpose beyond that internal use.
